A Journey to the Top of the World. Your adventure begins with a transfer via Can-Am or 4WD truck, for a 20-minute ride to the ‘top of the world,’ complete with a quick farm tour en-route. For those seeking an extra touch of luxury, arrive in style via helicopter. Alternatively, for those wanting little or non-carbon footprint, hike up!
Off Grid Serenity. Immerse yourself in a New Zealand crafted Stoked Cedar Hot Tub filled with pristine Te Aratipi spring water and heated to the perfect temperature using wood sourced from our farm. Unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life to soak and indulge in absolute privacy. Nestled close to rocks and native protected remnant bush, your hot tub is perched 600 meters high above the Pacific Ocean. Soak in stunning sea and countryside views, overlooking the striking Bare Island, Motu-O-Kura, and spanning up to the Mahia Peninsula and down to the Ruahines, Kawekas, and even the Manawatū Gorge.
Luxury, comfort and indulgence. Your experience includes luxurious bathrobes, flax linen towels, and locally made Real World bath and skin products. Additionally, it features a fully stocked bar for your personal use and a lavish platter of local gourmet treats to ensure your satisfaction.

Price: $1,500* per soak (incl gst).
The price includes:
2 adults, or a small family.
Any day and time, subject to availability (and Ed’s schedule!) between April - end of October.
Transfers to and from the hot tub from the homestead via Can-Am or 4WD truck. Approximately 25 minutes each way, over amazing farmland.
Generous local gourmet platter along with beverages.
Allow 4-6 hours for the experience.
Use of luxurious bathrobes, flax linen towels, and locally made Real World bath and skin products.
Use of the Te Aratipi Cabins. Explore the QEII protected bush, relax in the hammock, or if you're up for it, enjoy rock hopping, lawn games, or driving golf balls into the open space.
Two native trees will be planted thanks to your experience booking!
*Additional $750 (incl gst) to spend the night in the Te Aratipi cabins between April and until the end of June. This includes dinner provisions for the night and breakfast provisions for your morning. Generous, sourced from the farm where possible, country fare. Additional beverages to keep you going.
