A different way to experience the land

The ME Project is a collection of nature-based wellness experiences held at Te Aratipi.

Designed around time outdoors, each gathering brings together movement, fresh air, nourishing food and thoughtful collaboration with local practitioners.

Walking the land is often part of the experience — because nature has always been one of the most powerful ways to reset.

Small groups.
Open space.
Time that isn’t rushed.

Experiences within The ME Project are shaped by the season and the practitioners involved, but may include:

• Guided walks through the hills and native bush
• Forest bathing and time spent quietly in nature
• Gentle movement, stretching or somatic practices
• Yoga, breathwork or mindfulness sessions
• Sauna, hot–cold or other restorative outdoor experiences
• Nourishing seasonal food and conversations around nutrition
• Creative or reflective practices such as journalling, art or dance
• Time to pause, reconnect and enjoy the landscape

Each gathering is slightly different, shaped by the season, the land and the practitioners involved.

What remains constant is the intention — creating space to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and the natural environment around you.
