PAYMENT DETAILS
All prices include GST.
Your booking is only secured once the required deposit has been received in full, including any applicable fees and bank charges.
Unless otherwise stated, the deposit is 50% of the advertised rate. Please make one deposit payment per group.
Payments can be made by direct bank transfer or credit card. An invoice will be issued for each experience.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Credit card payments incur a 3% transaction fee.
If making payment from an overseas bank account, please add the $25 international bank charge to your payment. You will require our bank's SWIFT code.
The remaining balance, including any applicable fees and bank charges, is due 14 days prior to your experience date. Please make one balance payment per group and use your surname or company name and experience date as the reference.
THE BUSH TABLE- SUPPER CLUB
Booking & payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
Tickets are transferable to another guest at no charge.
Cancellation or change of date
We understand plans can change. Due to the limited number of seats available at each Supper Club:
More than 30 days prior: Tickets may be transferred to another available Supper Club date or refunded, less a $50 administration fee per person.
14–30 days prior: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available Supper Club date where space allows, or you are welcome to send someone in your place.
Within 14 days: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. You are, however, welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest at no charge.
Weather & safety
The Bush Table is an outdoor experience designed to operate in most weather conditions. Our covered dining shelter provides protection from the elements, and cool or wet weather alone does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
If Te Aratipi determines that conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, fire risk, farm conditions or another safety concern, we may postpone or cancel the event. If this occurs, guests will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to another available Supper Club date.
Dietary requirements & allergies
Our set menus are prepared over open fire in a remote bush setting by a small kitchen team. Due to the nature of the experience and our shared preparation and cooking environment, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements or allergies.

R18
The Bush Table is an R18 experience. All guests must be aged 18 years or over.
Alcohol will be served in accordance with our liquor licence and host responsibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where required.
the bush table - PRIVATE GATHERINGS
The Bush Table Private Gatherings involve exclusive venue use, a dedicated chef and event team, transport, and food and beverage preparation specifically for your group.
The following terms apply to Private Gatherings and take precedence over our general cancellation policy where applicable.
Booking & payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event, based on confirmed guest numbers and agreed enhancements.
Any additional charges incurred on the night will be invoiced following the event and are payable within 7 days.
Final guest numbers, dietary requirements and any agreed additions or enhancements must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Private Gatherings are subject to the agreed minimum event price. A reduction in guest numbers does not reduce the minimum event price once the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellation or change of date
We understand plans can change and will always do our best to work with you. However, due to the preparation, staffing and third-party commitments involved in a Private Gathering:
More than 30 days prior: Your booking may be transferred to another mutually available date. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be refunded less any reasonable, non-refundable third-party costs already incurred specifically for your event.
14–30 days prior: Your deposit is non-refundable. Where possible, we will work with you to transfer your gathering to another available date.
Less than 14 days prior: The full event cost is payable and non-refundable.
Any non-refundable third-party costs, bespoke products or services arranged specifically for your event will remain payable regardless of when the booking is cancelled or moved.
Final guest numbers
Your final guest number is required 14 days prior to your event and will form the basis of your final invoice.
Additional guests may be added after this date where capacity allows and will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.
If your final guest number falls below the number included within your agreed minimum event price, the minimum event price still applies.

In this situation, we will work with you to move your gathering to another suitable date or provide a refund where rescheduling is not possible.
Dietary requirements & allergies

Please discuss any dietary requirements with us before confirming your booking. Final dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to your event.

Access & guest safety
The experience involves walking across farmland and along natural bush tracks, including uneven ground. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and clothing and follow all safety instructions provided by Te Aratipi.
Please let us know before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns so we can discuss whether the experience is suitable and what assistance may be possible.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small, family-run farm experience, cancellations can have a real impact on our ability to host others. For this reason, we do have a cancellation policy in place, but we will always do our best to be fair and accommodating where possible.
If your plans change, we are often happy to move your booking to another available date, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to tearatipi@gmail.com.
More than 30 days before your experience
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the experience may either be transferred to a future date or refunded, less a $50 administration fee per person.
14–30 days before your experience
Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the experience may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability.
Less than 14 days before your experience
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the experience. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another date (up to two times) or send someone in your place.
Guest name changes
Guest names are fully transferable at no cost. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place.
Seasonal pricing
If your booking is moved to a different season, the price applicable to that season will apply.
If we need to cancel
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an experience, for example due to severe weather or farm safety considerations.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:
a full refund, or
the opportunity to move your booking to another suitable date.
Travel insurance
As unexpected changes can occur, we recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover situations such as illness, travel disruption or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect their ability to attend.
HEALTH & SAFETY
At Te Aratipi, we prioritise the health and safety of our guests. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that our walking tracks, golf course, vehicles, activity spaces and accommodation are as safe as possible.
A Health & Safety briefing will be held on arrival. If you are walking with us, you will receive a track map to guide your journey and a personal locator beacon (PLB) for emergencies and situations where you are unable to reach an area with cellular reception.
It is the responsibility of each visitor to attend the relevant safety briefing and adhere to all precautions and instructions provided.
All visitors enter the property and participate in experiences at their own risk. Te Aratipi, its employees and any landowners whose property guests may cross accept no responsibility for losses, damages, injuries, sickness or expenses incurred during or in connection with the activities.
While we strive to provide safe and secure parking and accommodation, guests park their vehicles and bring personal belongings and luggage onto the farm at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
All visitors should familiarise themselves with what to bring to ensure their comfort and safety during their stay or experience. Please refer to the relevant information provided for walks, golf, farm tours and other experiences.
Release of Liability forms may be required before commencement of your experience.

At Te Aratipi, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring its security.
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Your personal information will only be used for services related to Te Aratipi. This may include your name, address, phone number, payment and billing information, and email address.
We may also collect information about your website usage through cookies. While you can decline cookies, please note that doing so may affect your ability to fully utilise our website.
