Payment option details:
All prices include GST.
Your booking is only secured when the full deposit is received (including all fees and bank charges referred below). The deposit is 50% of the advertised rate. Please make one deposit payment per group.
Payments can be made using a direct bank transfer or credit card. An invoice will be raised for each experience.
Visa or Mastercard are acceptable. Credit Card payments incur a 3% transaction fee charge.
If you are making a payment from an overseas bank account, please add the $25 bank charge to your payment. You will require our bank's Swift Code.
Please pay your balance (inclusive of all fees and bank charges referred above) into the above bank account 14 days prior to your booked arrival date. Again, please make one deposit payment per group, use your surname and experience date as the reference.
Cancellation Policy:
As a small, family-run farm experience, cancellations can have a real impact on our ability to host others. For this reason we do have a cancellation policy in place, but we will always do our best to be fair and accommodating where possible.
If your plans change, we are often happy to move your booking to another available date, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to tearatipi@gmail.com.
More than 30 days before arrival
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before arrival may either be transferred to a future date or refunded, less a $50 administration fee per person.14–30 days before arrival
Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days before arrival may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability.Less than 14 days before arrival
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the experience. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another date (up to two times) or send someone in your place.
Guest name changes
Guest names are fully transferable at no cost. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place.
Seasonal pricing
If your booking is moved to a different season, the price applicable to that season will apply.
If WE need to cancel
On rare occasions we may need to cancel an experience (for example due to severe weather or farm safety considerations). If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:
a full refund, or
the opportunity to move your booking to another suitable date.
Travel insurance
As unexpected changes can occur, we recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover situations such as illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your ability to attend.
HEALTH & Safety:
At Te Aratipi, we prioritise the health and safety of our guests. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that our walking tracks, golf course, vehicles, activity spaces and accommodation are as safe as possible. A Health and Safety briefing will be held on your arrival. If you are walking with us, you receive a track map to guide your journey and a personal locator beacon (PLB) for emergencies and if unable to get to a highpoint with cellular reception. It is the responsibility of each visitor to attend this important meeting and adhere to all precautions outlined during the briefing and in the Health and Safety Policy.
All visitors enter the property and participate in the experiences entirely at their own risk. Te Aratipi, along with its employees and any landowners whose property you may cross, accept no responsibility for any losses, damages, injuries, sickness, or expenses incurred during or in connection with the activities.
While we strive to provide safe and secure parking and accommodation, please be aware that guests park their vehicles and bring personal items and luggage onto the farm at their own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Release of Liability forms will need to be signed before commencement of your experience.

Your personal information will only be used for services related to Te Aratipi. This may include your name, address, phone number, payment and billing information, and email address.
