A Day at Te Aratipi - Your Ultimate corporate Adventure Awaits!

Elevate your corporate gatherings with the Ultimate Te Aratipi Experience—an exclusive day designed to inspire, reward, and connect your team.

Start with a breathtaking helicopter ride from a premium Hawke's Bay winery, taking in stunning coastal landscapes and the picturesque Tuki Tuki Valley. Touch down at the summit of Te Aratipi, where your dedicated hosts, Ed and Ro, will welcome your group with warm hospitality.

Your team will embark on an exhilarating journey in a Can-Am or 4WD truck, traversing lush, covenanted bush to our charming Te Aratipi cabins, offering some of the best views in New Zealand. Enjoy welcome drinks and delightful nibbles as you marvel at the scenery, then engage in team-building activities—hit some golf balls, try clay bird shooting, or simply unwind and enjoy the moment together.

Next, indulge in a gourmet country-style lunch featuring the finest local ingredients: succulent crayfish from Waimarama, tender lamb and beef from our farm, and fresh garden salads. It’s not Michelin-starred, but we promise it’s just as tasty—with a view that will leave your team talking long after the day ends!

As the day unfolds, embrace the spirit of camaraderie with lively games and music, perfect for fostering connections and creating lasting memories. Our seamless organization ensures you can focus on what matters—strengthening relationships and boosting morale.

Let Te Aratipi be your go-to destination for corporate incentives, team retreats, or client appreciation events. Create unforgettable experiences that reflect your company’s values while providing your team with the adventure and relaxation they deserve.

Join us at Te Aratipi—where every moment is a celebration of nature, flavor, and teamwork!

Other things to note

  • Please bear in mind that you are very isolated.  To get to and from the cabins, it is an additional 25 minutes from our homestead alone. This is all part of its amazing location and your adventure.  You therefore do need to be organised and pack for all weather conditions, even in summer!  We will have emergency clothing on hand.

  • Wind can be a bit of an issue up top.  Particularly NW and NE.  We are working on some form of portable wind break for the deck- watch this space!

  • We don’t have Wi-Fi, but you will have strong Celle phone signal for you to use your own data and access the web if needed.   We encourage you to “switch off” however.

  • We don’t have a fridge, but we ensure all perishable food and beverages stay fresh using reliable ice, cooling blocks, and large chill bins.

  • If the weather turns to custard, the helicopter won’t be able to fly and it won’t be nice at the top of the farm. We are happy to postpone to another day!

  • The helicopter used is a Bell B206 Jet Ranger. This seats 5 (including the pilot), is a single engine and has a cruise speed of 90 knots. See more details of Aroha Helictoper’s here. If you require a twin-engine helicopter or would prefer to fly from the Hawke’s Bay airport, let us know for re-quoting purposes.
