The Rabbiter's Cottage
The Rabbiter's Cottage is a delightful 2-bedroom abode that accommodates 4-5 guests. Nestled beside our garage and main house, guests share the driveway yet enjoy complete privacy in the cottage.
This self-contained home away from home has everything you need and is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, or couples, the cottage offers a quaint step back in time.
It’s convenient location near native bush walks, the breathtaking Waimarama Beach, Maraetotara Falls, and the quaint Havelock North village and its surrounding award winning wineries, ensures a perfect farm stay experience without feeling too remote.

Te Aratipi Cabins
Tucked away alongside native remnant bush, Te Aratipi sits 600m above the Pacific Ocean, atop the century-old farm it's named after.
These off-grid, dual-cabins and their surroundings offer unparalleled privacy, exclusively yours throughout your stay. Perfect for a couple or even two.
Experience panoramic views from the Mahia Peninsula to the Ruahines, Kawekas, and even the Manawatu Gorge.
Your hosts will transfer you to this pinnacle of tranquility, a journey of approximately 25 minutes, via a Can-Am or 4WD.
Disconnect from town to roam the ancient bush, farm, and limestone plateau on foot, observe a variety of native birds in flight, gaze across the expansive ocean, count sheep, engage in board or outdoor games, read, relax in a hammock, or spend the night stargazing.

Exclusive use of the The Rabbiter’s Cottage for the duration of your stay.
Activities available in amongst your ‘farming’ experience include farm walks, farm golf and farm tours.
Afternoon tea & dinner on the first day. Breakfast provisions (for you to help yourself to), lunch and dinner on every full day of your stay. Breakfast provisions on your last day. Lunches will be either for you to help yourself to or on the farm with The Palmers. Dinners are with us in the Homestead (unless you really don’t want too!).
Complimentary wine and beer with meals. Non-alcoholic beverages are always available. Spirits available in the Homestead.
